How do I file a claim?
Call Autto at 833-372-7526 or file online at claims.autto.com. Report any damage within 30 days, and we may inspect your vehicle before approving the claim. Once it's approved, we'll authorize the repair, work with the shop, and explain exactly what's covered — including a rental car of up to $50 per day while your vehicle is being serviced.
How is this different from wax?
Unlike traditional waxes, TriShield's ceramic coating bonds with your paint for deeper gloss, water and dirt repellency, and protection from UV fade and oxidation.
Will the interior protection change how my seats look or feel?
No. The interior barrier is non-greasy and invisible, so your seats, carpets, and upholstery look and feel the way they should — just better protected against stains, spills, and fading.
Can I renew my protection?
Yes. The warranty can be renewed for life in three-year increments with reapplication, and there's no deductible.
Can I transfer it if I sell my vehicle?
Yes. The warranty can be transferred to a second owner for a $50 fee, which is waived for active and retired U.S. military members.
