What's not covered.

- Damage from collisions, weather-related events, vandalism, or extreme impacts
- Cracks or chips exceeding six inches in length
- Windshields on commercial, government, or exotic vehicles
- Claims reported more than 15 days after the damage occurs
- Repairs or replacements without pre-authorization from Autto
Important Warranty Details
Autto Brilliance protects against rock chips from small road debris. The accompanying warranty covers chips and small cracks (under 6 inches) from small road debris that occur during the warranty period. Cracks can spread quickly, so if you see one, report it to Autto as soon as possible. If cracks spread beyond 6 inches and the repair isn't covered under the Brilliance warranty, Autto will cover your insurance deductible to prevent you from having to pay out of pocket.

How do I file a claim?
Have your Brilliance Limited Warranty ready and call Autto at 833-372-7526. We'll get you in touch with a Preferred Service Provider — or dispatch one to your location if available — who will assess the damage and work with us on the covered repair. Repairs can often be handled on the spot, and Autto pays the provider directly so you can get back on the road fast.
Is this a temporary coating?
No — Brilliance chemically bonds with your glass at the molecular level. It's not a film or a spray-on coating that wears off; it becomes part of the glass itself.
What if my insurance covers the windshield replacement?
If your primary insurance covers the replacement, Autto reimburses your deductible — so you're not paying out of pocket either way.
What if the water-repelling effect fades over time?
Bring your vehicle to your dealership for a free product reapplication — no cost to you.
Can I transfer this if I sell my car?
Yes — the warranty is transferable to a second owner with Autto's approval, which can be a nice selling point when the time comes.
