How do I file a claim?
Call Autto at 833-372-7526 or file online at claims.autto.com, and we'll walk you through next steps. Your treatments are applied by your selling dealer, and the number included depends on your term: 2 for a 1-year term, 6 for 3 years, and 10 for 5 years.
How long does my protection last?
Each treatment protects your vehicle for six months. Your term sets how many treatments you get — 2 on a 1-year term, 6 on a 3-year term, and 10 on a 5-year term — and we recommend one every six months to keep your protection continuous.
Who applies the treatments?
Your selling dealer applies each treatment, and is responsible for providing any additional applications beyond what your agreement includes.
Is Pure a warranty on my vehicle?
No. Pure is an interior air quality treatment, not a mechanical breakdown warranty. There's no deductible under this agreement.
Can I transfer or cancel my agreement?
The agreement is non-cancellable, but it's transferable to any subsequent private buyer of the vehicle, who receives the remaining benefits on the same terms.
